The short version
We collect the minimum we need to sell you a digital kit and send you the emails you asked for. We don't sell your data. Payments go through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information anytime by emailing privacy@zenvoura.com.
This policy explains what information Zenvoura ("we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits this website, joins our email list, or purchases the Travel Well Kit or any other Zenvoura product.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address — when you sign up for the free Arrival Quick-Guide or our email list.
- Your name and email — when you contact us directly.
- Order and payment information — when you buy a kit. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and payment details go directly to Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the email address associated with it so we can deliver your kit.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data — like your browser type, device, and general location (from your IP address), which is standard for any website and used to keep the site working and secure.
- We keep analytics and cookies to a minimum. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To deliver the kit or guide you purchased or requested.
- To send you the emails you signed up for — practical travel wellness content, occasional updates, and product news.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To process payments and keep records for tax and accounting.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We will not use your information for anything unrelated to the above without telling you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make Zenvoura work, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe — to process payments securely. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Formspree — to receive email-list signups from the website form. See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Our hosting provider — to serve this website and process your order. Formspree also stores the email you submit for the free guide and our list, until we move that to a dedicated email provider.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Where your data is stored
Our service providers may store and process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States or the EU. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're on our email list or as needed to provide support and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to how we use it.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@zenvoura.com and we'll take care of it. As a Canadian business, we handle your information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We sell to customers worldwide, so if you're in the EU or UK, similar rights apply to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and other local privacy laws may also apply depending on where you live.
Children
Zenvoura is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Security
We use reputable providers (like Stripe) and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
