You're buying a digital wellness kit for your own personal use. It's delivered instantly and it's yours to keep. It's practical guidance, not medical advice, and results vary. Please don't copy or resell it. If something goes wrong, email us — we're reasonable.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Travel Well Kit and any other product or content offered by Zenvoura. By buying or using a Zenvoura product, you agree to these Terms.
Zenvoura is operated by [YOUR LEGAL / TRADING NAME], based in [Cape Town, South Africa] ("we", "us", "our"). If anything here is unclear, email hello@zenvoura.com before you buy.
What you're buying
The Travel Well Kit is a digital product — a practical travel wellness protocol delivered as a PDF, printable quick-reference sheets, and (in the Premium kit) short audio sessions. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are two versions:
- Core Kit — $39 (one-time): the complete protocol, trip-type adaptations, five quick-reference sheets, and the tracker.
- Premium Kit — $59 (one-time): everything in the Core Kit plus short audio sessions and formatted printable sheets.
Prices are shown in [US dollars (USD)] and may change over time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. By purchasing, you confirm the payment method is yours and that you're authorised to use it. Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your kit [by email / via a download link / via Stripe's confirmation]. If you don't receive it within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then email hello@zenvoura.com — we'll make sure you get it.
Refunds & the Better-Trip Guarantee
The Travel Well Kit comes with a 30-day Better-Trip Guarantee. Use the kit on a real trip. If it does not make that trip meaningfully better, email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@zenvoura.com for a full refund. You may keep the kit files. We ask only that you actually gave it a fair try.
Because the kit is a digital product delivered instantly, this guarantee is how we handle refunds: it is deliberately generous, and it replaces any "all sales final" policy. If the file is faulty or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will put it right regardless of the 30-day window.
Where consumer law in your country gives you additional rights regarding digital goods, those rights still apply and are not limited by the above.
Your licence to use the kit
When you buy the kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Read it, print the sheets for your own use, and use it on your own trips, as often as you like.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish the kit or any part of it.
- Copy or reproduce it for others, or use it commercially, without our written permission.
All content in the kit and on this site — text, design, sheets, audio, and the Zenvoura name and wordmark — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright.

The Travel Well Kit is practical lifestyle wellness guidance, not medical advice. It is not treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. It does not recommend or sell supplements or medication. Before making changes to your health routine — especially if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication — talk to a qualified professional. You use the kit at your own discretion and are responsible for your own choices.
No guarantee of results
We're honest about this on the site and we'll be honest here: the kit is designed to help you travel in a way that reduces the wrecked feeling and helps you arrive more functional. It does not "cure" jet lag, and results vary by person and by trip. We don't promise specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvoura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the kit or this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
The email list
If you join our email list, you'll receive the free guide and occasional practical content and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your email is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect when you buy. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top when we make changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [South Africa], and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of [South Africa], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
